Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Where Should I Live at tax.dealmobile.co.uk, run from the UK by dealmobile.co.uk (“we”). By using the site you accept them.

The service

A free tool that ranks cities against your priorities, using published tax rules, prices and other data. It is provided as it is and as available. We may change, pause or withdraw any part of it.

Information only

Nothing on the site is tax, legal, immigration or financial advice. Please read the disclaimer.

Membership

Signing in is free, and while membership is free, signed-in members get every feature. Free membership may change or end, and we may introduce paid membership. If we do, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice on the site and by email before anything you use for free starts to cost money. You will never be charged unless you choose to pay.

We work to keep the figures accurate, but we don’t promise that the site is accurate, complete, up to date, always available or suitable for your purpose.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow us to limit, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from decisions you make using the site, or for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, income, savings or opportunity.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We’ll change the date below and, for significant changes, tell you on the site, and email account holders, before they apply. If you keep using the site after that, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
